General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to products sold on our websites, including our subdomains (coresilium.com, www.coresilium.com, app.coresilium.com). Before any purchase on the site, it is required to consult and accept these conditions.

The products available for sale on our online site are:

  • Support guide for compliance with Quebec Law 25
  • Self-diagnosis and cybersecurity action plan.

Payment terms and conditions

Payment for our products is required in full when you place your order. Payments are only made online by payment card.

Coresilium has entrusted the management of its online payments to Stripe, a secure payment service. Credit card data is directly transmitted and processed on the server of our provider Stripe. We do not have access to this data.

You will receive your invoice by email no later than two days after payment confirmation.

Cancellation policy

The Ten-Step Guide to Compliance with Law 25 offers you the first step for free. After purchase, if you choose to cancel before the end of the program, we will issue a refund of $14 for each step not sent.

The Cybersecurity Diagnostic and Action Plan is eligible for a full refund, without conditions, within 14 days of sending the first action. If you decide to cancel later in the program, we will issue a refund of $10 for each action not sent (12 actions in total).

Any refund request will be processed within 10 days of cancellation of services.

Access duration

The products are sent by email and remain available in your inbox. Videos or online resources will remain accessible for a minimum period of 12 months after they are sent.

Intellectual property

The questionnaires, guides, videos, templates and tools are and remain the intellectual property of Coresilium Ltd. The right to use this digital data is granted exclusively to the person or entity who purchased the product. We grant for each purchase a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content of the products for that person or entity. Any use, reproduction, adaptation, sharing, resale or storage for commercial or non-commercial purposes, other than for compliance with Law 25 or security improvment of the buyer is strictly prohibited.

The person purchasing the diagnosis or the accompanying guide undertakes to respect the rights of the authors. Coresilium Ltd will initiate legal proceedings without further notice or delay in the event of illegal sharing of our products, or in the event of non-compliance with Coresilium Ltd’s intellectual property.

Warranty limitation

Our websites and products are provided “as is” without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We cannot guarantee that our websites and products will meet your needs and expectations. In addition, although Coresilium Ltd strives to provide you with the best possible user experience, we do not guarantee that the Sites and their content will always be secure or error-free, or that they will always operate without interruption, delay or imperfections. We also make no warranties of any kind regarding the viewing or use of any third party content or services that may be displayed on or accessible from our sites.

Limitation of liability

Our products are designed for small businesses and self-employed workers. Although they have been prepared with care and diligence, they cannot cover all the specific aspects that apply to each particular situation.

Our products do not replace personalized advice or advice from a legal, privacy or cybersecurity professional.

It is your responsibility to choose and implement the policies, procedures, security protocols and compliance appropriate to your situation. We decline all responsibility in the event of non-compliance, data theft or security incident which may occur following their use.

Under no circumstances will Coresilium Ltd be held liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage suffered, whether direct or indirect, which may result from your use or inability to use the sites and their content or the user guides. support and action plans, whether based on warranty claims, breach of contract or extra-contractual liability, and regardless of whether you have informed us or we have informed you of the possibility of such damage.
